MASTER SERVICE AGREEMENT
This Agreement is entered into between Northline Supplies Pvt. Ltd. ("Vendor") and Aster Manufacturing Group ("Client"), effective as of 14 March 2026.
The initial term shall be 24 months, renewing automatically unless either party provides written notice at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.
Vendor's aggregate liability under this Agreement shall be uncapped in the event of a data breach arising from Vendor's gross negligence.
